What is Sustanon ?

Sustanon is a blend of four different testosterone esters: testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate, testosterone isocaproate, and testosterone decanoate. These esters differentiate the effects of Sustanon, allowing it to be absorbed at different rates in the body and lasting its effects for a longer period of time.

The fact that Sustanon is a mix of steroids makes it a popular choice for bodybuilders and athletes. The coexistence of different esters allows users to enjoy short, medium and long term effects. Sustanon is used by bodybuilders to gain bulk and strength, increase muscle mass, increase endurance and improve performance.

Testosterone propionate is a short ester and is rapidly absorbed. For this reason, individuals using Sustanon often start with a short ester containing testosterone propionate at the beginning of their cycle to rapidly increase testosterone levels.

Testosterone phenylpropionate and testosterone isocaproate are medium-length esters and are absorbed more slowly. The effects of these esters occur after the effects of testosterone propionate and help increase testosterone levels mid-cycle.

Testosterone decanoate is the longest ester and is absorbed more slowly. This ester slowly increases testosterone levels at the end of the cycle and helps keep testosterone levels high at the end of the cycle.

Sustanon Side Effect

  • Hormonal Side Effects
Sustanon is a mixture of steroids with androgenic and estrogenic effects. Therefore, it can cause changes in hormone levels. In men, it can increase testosterone levels, causing side effects such as hair loss, acne, prostate enlargement, testicular atrophy, and breast enlargement. In women, by increasing estrogen levels, it can cause side effects such as menstrual cycle disorders, voice changes, facial and body hair, and breast reduction.

  • Cardiovascular Diseases
The use of Sustanon can cause changes in cholesterol levels. It can cause an increase in LDL (bad) cholesterol levels and a decrease in HDL (good) cholesterol levels. This can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

  • Liver Damage
The use of steroids can cause toxic effects on the liver. Long-term and high-dose use can cause liver damage. It is important to have liver function tests checked regularly.

  • Psychological Effects
The use of Sustanon can also cause some psychological effects. Steroids can cause mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, anger and aggressive behavior. This is more common, especially when used in high doses.

  • Other Side Effects
The use of Sustanon can increase water retention in the body. This can cause bloating, high blood pressure, kidney problems, and other health problems. In addition, the use of Sustanon may increase the risk of skin discoloration, itching, allergic reactions and infections.

Sustanon Dosage

The dosage of Sustanon varies according to bodybuilders' goals and experience. Dosages are usually determined on a weekly basis and depend on many factors. For example, it depends on the user's body weight, gender, age and whether they have used steroids before.

Beginner users generally prefer dosages of 250-500mg per week. Intermediate users can use dosages between 500-750mg, while experienced users can use dosages of 750-1000mg or more. However, before using any steroid, it is important for users to consult their doctor and seek advice on their dosage.

During the use of Sustanon, it is important for the user to adjust the dosage regularly. The effects of steroids can vary on an individual basis and therefore dosages should be adjusted as well. Also, during the use of Sustanon, the likelihood of side effects increases, so users may need to reduce their dosage or discontinue use.

All in all, Sustanon - Steroid Mix dosage depends on the user's experience, goals and many factors. Beginner users generally prefer dosages of 250-500mg per week, while experienced users may use dosages of 750-1000mg or more. However, before using any steroid, it is important for users to consult their doctor and seek advice on their dosage. Also, during the use of Sustanon, the user needs to adjust the dosage regularly and be mindful of the possibility of side effects.

Sustanon Cycle

Because Sustanon has a half-life of about 21 days, the cycle usually takes 8-12 weeks.

  • Weeks 1-12: Sustanon 500mg (weekly dose)
  • Weeks 1-4: Dianabol 30mg/day (daily dose)

In this cycle, Dianabol increases muscle growth by acting quickly at the beginning of the cycle. However, due to Dianabol's liver toxicity and estrogenic side effects (water retention, gynecomastia, etc.), it is discontinued in the later stages of the cycle.

  • Weeks 1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg/day (daily dose)

Aromasin helps prevent the estrogenic side effects of Sustanon by suppressing estrogen. The dosage can be adjusted depending on the individual's estrogen levels.

  • Weeks 13-16: Clomid 50mg/day (daily dose)

  • Weeks 13-16: Nolvadex 20mg/day (daily dose)

Clomid and Nolvadex help restore natural testosterone levels by restarting testosterone production. At this stage, there is no need to avoid estrogenic side effects as estrogen levels will also be low.

In summary, this Sustanon cycle starts with Dianabol and includes Sustanon and Aromasin. Dianabol provides rapid muscle growth at the start of the cycle but is discontinued in the later stages of the cycle due to estrogenic side effects. Aromasin suppresses estrogen, preventing estrogenic side effects. Once the cycle is over, PCT is done with Clomid and Nolvadex and testosterone production is restarted.
